Was bored and tried to draw a hand. Then I could not figure out how to draw an elbow so I zombiefied it. Please tell me how to do better!

Nice drawing. Wonderful contour and composition. Try looking at images of people and focus in on their arms. Don't start drawing them until you've observed then just jump right into it. Rework again and again til your satisfied.
